For those of you looking for the Alpha 4 development thread, it has been moved Here so that we can keep the D3 section consolidated. With the absence of mforce from the forceware development platform, christianrodher has stepped up and taken time out of his busy schedule to breathe new life back into the testing community.

The firmware is alpha, and for those of you who don't know what that means, it means very preliminary and may have bugs. Pretty much proof of concept. So please don't complain about what doesn't work. If it doesn't work the way you need it to be, then move on, or do some research about how to accomplish the task, and let us know if your method worked. It's "Testing" for a reason.

Haxorware is a masterpiece that made it all the way to beta form when it was superseded by the introduction of D3. Since then all "set it and forget it" forms of firmware have remained at alpha stages either due to life itself and or the lack of those willing to research and contribute. That being said, have fun, don't bug the developer, and don't be afraid to try new things and make suggestions if it happened to work, so that you can help others with the same problem.

Whiners, and 1 post wonders will be ignored.

Looking for modem recommendation for Spectrum in FL

Subject sez it all. Figured this is one of the best places to ask this. Just moved to Orlando. Spectrum "gave" me (no rental charge) a TG1682, but wants additional $5/mo to turn of wi-fi on the unit (WTF!!). Also, locked out of advanced setting gui (requires a POTD to access) So I'm using my own router while packing away my old SB6183. I want to minimize devices in space and looking for suggestions on a modem/wireless router combo unit.

My Local ISP has given me this modem. I have a similar modem which is unused. I Want to flash haxorware firmware on it. But how does it works can anyone explain or guide me on this ! Details of modem were attached below

Hello, I have 3 Arris modems.

1. TM882G (not in use, so will experiment with it)
2. TG862G (same as above)
3. TG1672G (currently in use, if the experience of the first 2 is successful, will play with this one, too)

Got all 3 from same Internet provider.

I wanna uncap my internet connection, if anyone can point me in the right direction/help me achieve that, that'd be awesome.

I accept all responsibilities/risks and fully understand.

certs error in sb6190 but not in sb6141

i get that error when using sb6121 certs in sb6190. Ive never seen it before. anyone knows why or how can it be fix?

I'm starring to test in this modem. I'm currently trying to find a way to flash it without using hacks and exploit.

im going to solder this in place of the nand flash to make it plug and play and easy to flash

It appears the ISP is blocking outside download from
the TFTP Server. There is a Work around for this. Go
to http://192.168.100.1 and click "ADDRESES" at
the top of the page, Look for an entry that says
"HFC IP ADDRESS" change your IP to this value and
and you default gateway to 192.168.100.1 then try
again. This will trick the TFTP server in to thinking
your the modem asking for the file Smile

This message i was getting !

Problem is that when you write something important and when the time of submission or final checking it may cause some errors and you need to restart all the process from the beginning, for this you need to edit or proofread it after write something which is important for you and your studies or any thing, the same scenario i am facing right now that after completing thesis want some editing and proofreading in it but main problem is how to proofread or edit it because it is something very difficult for me so I want someone to help me in it or any thesis proofreading and editing services to assist me in the remaining scenario because it is important for me to submit it after the proofread process so I want some one to help me in my Editing process.
