Bricked 6121
Just got bored and trying to ressurect a 6121 that I bricked a few months ago, flashed it with the dump I made with my jtagnt and all I get is the power light on, and the 1st DS/US light flashing blue along with the Ethernet light flashing Blue, so basically top and bottom lights flashing blue and nothing else. I tried reflashing the boot, still no success, when I get into modem config page it doesnt show the modem even attempting to boot but I can see the Motorola page.
It all started with a good working modem, flashed forceware 1.4b2 did some magic and all was well, then one day the power went out and the modem never came back online, so I reflashed with stock, then with force, nada. Now we are at the flashing lights. I even tried another dump. Any ideas? I dont really care about the modem but I enjoy a challenge, and this one certainly has me stumped.

I want to read the log on this device with a USB to TTL adapter. I'm hooked up as follows:
USB TTL SPI Winbond
Receive => Pin 2 (SO)
Transmit => Pin 5 (SI)
Ground => Pin 4 (GND)
Putty config:
Baud rate 115200

Flow control set to NONE
I'm just getting garbage though.
Can I even read this? I should, right? Just want to see how it boots up.

Both modems stopped working on Charter
I have two haxorware SB5101 modems that have been working fine with Charter for several years (in separate houses).
Yesterday both stopped working so I am guessing Charter changed something. It says "ranging complete" but fails at IP connectivity, then goes back to ranging againi. I also have standard issue modems from Charter in both houses and they still work.
Has anyone else in California / Inland Empire ad similar problems?
I haven't looked at the haxorware in years, but I used what was called "Charter ultimate config" file.

technicall question about d3 cable modems speed issues
hello i cant understand some problems in my isp networks
lets say i have legall d3 cable modem cisco epc3010 with 120mb speed
in reality i got just 30mb in night and in day 15 - 20mb
when i take that modem and going to my friend far away from me i got on his cable line speed up to 60mb
this cable modem in my house bond just to 1 channel download and 1 upload 1x1
with d1 cable network in my house everything is fine no glitches tested with uncapped modems running even up to 50mb cause i have eurodocsis and speed is allways same
my question is why this is happens ? is there are some isp limitations with d3 network in some areas ?
even if yes then for sure d1 network is 80% much overloaded with old clients than d3 which is almost new
the signal levels i have as follows
downstream channel 1 -8.5 dbmv , signal to noise ratio 37.6dB
upstream channel 1 power level 57.0 dBmV
the rest of channels are totally off
i did read in some websites and people around confirming they had similiar problems they pay for 120mb and got only 60mb some of them got like they should 120mb , calling and stumbling isp doesnt change basically nothing they send the techinician into yours house he check something and smile and goes away![Smile]( "Smile")

i did read in some websites and people around confirming they had similiar problems they pay for 120mb and got only 60mb some of them got like they should 120mb , calling and stumbling isp doesnt change basically nothing they send the techinician into yours house he check something and smile and goes away

not understanding this from everything that ive seen
Ive been reading about haxorware for a couple days but im still slightly confused on a couple things, how i even connect the modem to my pc to flash it, and how to get free comcast internet from it, i had an old sb5101 that was modded to receive free internet, and from all the intel i gathered im assuming it was modded with haxorware, it seems that everywhere i look at other threads, at other sites, everyone says for you to read around, and literally everything that i have read from just says to read around, so i have 3 main questions,
#1. How would you connect an sb5101 to a computer to flash it(video link would be great because i cant find a video)
#2. How would I be able to get free comcast internet with it flashed
#3. If i am right about haxorware being able to mod the modems to get free comcast internet, would i be able to do the same thing with twc or any other isp's
If there is a different forum u have answered these questions on just send me a link of it because ive been looking for days and cant find anything thanks

Help to hack DCP2100R2
Hi guys Im a newcomer in the hack stuff and i request info how to flash a modem DCP2100 R2 i have downloader Haxoware rev39 and have read a bunch of info from the forum, but I m confuse and i dont wanna brick my modem,so i ask you for help guys for not to brick it.
I have built the jtag cable wich im sure is 100% working cuz i used on a sat deco that i worked on.
I got the latest haxoware vesion but im not clear about how to flash it 1st i wanna make a backup of full memory and flash and then try to flash it.
I will appreciate your help.

Haxo lite or Diag on DPC2100R2 which the best
Hi guys i want to ask which Haxo I must flash on a DPC2100R2, the Haxo lite or the Diag one cuz i don't know which is the best for that modem.
Diag is suppose to be bigger and use more memory, but does it really worth it, or the lite gives all that you need to make it work.
I think this memory just got 8m of memory Am i right.
Hope for your advice.

Help DCP2100R2 cant go online
After been reading lot of info in the forum, finally I could educate EPC2100R2 with Haxoware 11rev39 Lite, I built the direct jtag interface and load with jtag utility, now all light are turn on except receive light and pc keeps flashing, it seems that everything its ok but no connection.
Im not able to browse on the web, so any of you that have more experience can give a tip or so to make it work, I add a few shots of the info the haxo shows me .

ForceWare SB6141
Hi,
please forgive me if this issue might be topic that has been discussed before. I was unsuccessful to find it.
With that being said, I'll just explain the issue.
I recently purchased a SB6141 with the latest version of ForceWare installed. The issue is, no matter how hard I try, I cannot get it online with TWC.
1. it seems like it won't read my config file. I don't even know if it should. my Haxorware modem uses config file.
2. i don't know any other way.
I'd truly appreciate anybody's help here

SB6121 script and files for blackcat
Hi all
Been a long time, don't know if the oldies are here now...
Can any one share the script to flash(forceware) sb6121 with blackcat as well as the files like bootloader, nvram 1 and 2 etc or the 16 mb dump.
