Foreceware Sb6121

Whats up Guys!
 
Got a question, I Mod an SB6121 With FW my problem is that i can"t login 
passwords won't work!

I tried

admin/force  (this is usually my default after Mod)
sbhacker/sbh
admin/admin 
admin/password

none work! Any Ideas ?  i will try to re flash when i get home hopefully that solves the problem
but if anyone knows a way around it its welcomed!
