Sigma X2 142 R13 Error

I have loaded these two files on SB5100 modem: Sigma _BL bootloader and firmware bin. It was successfully loaded.

But when I go to 192.169.100.1:1337 It shows me only plain HTML page to gui interface.

But it loads main page 192.169.100.1

It would not load Sigma page. What am I doing wrong here? Please !!
